I’ve shared with you previously that I’ve been diligently working on my nutrition and exercise in order to get my pre-baby body back. I’ve recently kicked up my working out and I am SORE.

I’m experiencing pain in muscles that I didn’t even know existed! I’d heard of the gluteus maximus but I’d never heard of the gluteus medius! Woah. All I can say is curtsey lunges might be the death of me!

1 Peter 4:10-11
“Each of you should use whatever gifts you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.”

God has given everyone gifts, sometimes we need to be faithful stewards and develop them! The Lord may have planted a gift in your life that you didn’t even know you had until you started exercising it! (Just like those muscles I didn’t know I had until I started working out harder!)

The Lord didn’t skip over you when he was giving out gifts. You have them! If you don’t know what they are, please reach out to your pastor and have him/her help you with a spiritual gift inventory. God doesn’t want you to waste the gifts and talents he has given you. God wants you to use them for his glory!
