In the book of Revelation, we read Jesus’ seven letters to seven churches. At the end of each letter he says this, “He who has an ear, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
Have you ever thought about what it means to have an ear to hear?
We may go to church. We may serve. We may listen to Christian music. We may give. But are we really listening? We like to think that we’ve heard Jesus, but do we know that we have?
Having an ear to hear means that spiritual truth comes by revelation. It means not to just hear the words but to receive the meaning and apply it to your life!
